          Installation & Uninstallation

1-1 I cannot click the [Next] button to input my serial number; it seems to be disabled. Or I cannot continue installing; the message "The serial number is wrong" appears after clicking [Next].
1-2 I get the following message when I'm installing neoCLIP:
”A third-party writing software or packet writing software driver is already installed on this computer. Please remove the "Cdr4vsd.vxd" file from the "Windows folder\System folder\Iosubsys" folder using the Explorer.]”
1-3 I have an old version of neoCLIP installed on my PC, and an error occurs when I try to install neoCLIP.
1-4 What is the DVD-RAM driver option on the neoCLIP installation window?
1-5 I cannot install the updater I downloaded from the MedioStream Website.
1-6 I already have neoCLIP installed on my computer. Do I need to install the neoCLIP program that came with neoRECORDER?
1-7 When installing neoCLIP, I get an error message telling me that it is an invalid process.
1-8 I cannot download the updater.
1-9 When downloading the updater, I have a choice to [Open] or [Save]. Is it safe to select [Open]?

          Launching the Application

2-1 After launching neoCLIP, "!" appears on the neoCLIP task tray indicator and the application fails.
2-2 The system hangs during startup at the neoCLIP logo stage, even when using a supported drive on my PC.
2-3 [Windows XP] I get a message "The UDF driver is not installed properly when I start up Windows, and neoCLIP will not launch.
2-4 [Windows 2000 & XP] When I try to launch the software, a blue screen appears for an instant, then Windows restarts automatically.

          Formatting a Disc

3-1 I inserted a blank disc to format it, but the drive does not recognize it. Or I formatted the disc, but neoCLIP won't mount it.
3-2 System hangs or errors occur while formatting a disc with neoCLIP.
3-3 The disc capacity decreases when I format a CD-RW/DVD-RW/DVD+RW disc.
3-4 Why is the disc capacity of a 4.7 GB DVD shown as 4.3 GB?

          Writing & Erasing Data

4-1 A read or write error occurs.
4-2 Can I create audio CDs with neoCLIP?
4-3 Can I use neoCLIP to write data onto a disc previously formatted by other packet-writing software?
4-4 Can I use discs written with neoCLIP ver. 3.xx for Windows with neoCLIP?
4-5 When I try to write data onto a disc, I get an error telling me that I cannot copy the file and that it is an invalid MS-DOS function.
4-6 [Windows XP] I cannot write when I drag and drop files.
Or I get an error message telling me that the file is already ready for writing onto the disc.

5-1 What is the "Reader"?
5-2 How can I turn off auto-start for neoCLIP?
5-3 How can I quit neoCLIP?
5-4 I cannot read the CD-RW disc I used with neoCLIP on another CD-ROM drive.
5-5 I change the write speed in neoCLIP Properties, but it reverts to the default speed when I restart Windows.
5-6 I tried to specify the neoCLIP disc as the [Backup media] in the Windows Backup tool, an error occurred when the disc was full.
5-7 [Windows XP] Can multiple users use neoCLIP? Can you use neoCLIP after switching users?
5-8 [Windows XP] I right clicked on the neoCLIP icon in the task tray, but the neoCLIP menu appears behind the IME toolbar.
5-9 The message "A file is currently open" appears, and I cannot eject the disc.
5-10 I cannot view the DVD I recorded on a DVD-ROM drive.
5-11 [Windows XP] I want to disable the Windows XP recording function, so I can use neoCLIP, but there is no recording tab in the drive properties window.
5-12 [Windows 2000] The system reboots when I try to access a formatted disc.
5-13 [Windows XP] The neoCLIP icon has disappeared from the task tray.
5-14 [Windows 98] The ASPI Reset Tool does not work as in the explanation.
5-15 [Windows Me] The ASPI Reset Tool does not work as in the explanation.
5-16 [Windows 98] neoCLIP is not stable.
5-17 [Windows Me] neoCLIP is not stable.
5-18 [Windows 2000] neoCLIP is not stable.
5-19 [Windows 2000 & XP] The ASPI Reset Tool does not work as in the explanation.
5-20 [Windows XP] neoCLIP is not stable.
