I just downloaded and installed neoPLAYER. I get an error message "problem occurred with digital copyright protection".

Please make sure you do not have any other DVD products installed, as they can interfere with the operation of our software.

Make sure you do not have any debug or hack software installed, as they can cause this and other undesirable results if running at the same time as our software.

If you have done the above and still cannot achieve playback, do the following:

1. Uninstall neoPLAYER
2. Reboot
3. Re-install neoPLAYER
4. Reboot

It is very important to perform the reboot steps, so the system can perform all the necessary functions. You should be able to play fine after that.
